Possible causes include using an irregular power source with voltage out of range, low utility voltage, faulty outlet or wiring, or a fault in the voltage sense circuit on the PCB.
How to fix it
Make sure the power cord is firmly plugged in and the breaker is on. If the error persists, you may have a wiring issue — have an electrician check the outlet.
