Possible causes include issues with BLDC motor connector terminals or contacts, missing or damaged motor power cables/connectors on the inverter PBA, overloading due to excessive laundry (3C1), motor damage, problems with motor belt connections, or an inverter PBA fault.
How to fix it
If the drum won't spin or spins too freely (broken belt), you'll need a technician. If something is jammed in the drum, remove it and try again.
