Why this happens
Possible causes include items remaining in the drum post-Smart Install, a malfunctioning dry or moisture sensor, or an issue with the moisture sensor's wiring.
How to fix it
Clean the entire exhaust vent path. If the vent run is very long or has many bends, you may need to shorten the vent path or use smooth rigid duct instead of flexible hose.
