Why this happens
Potential causes include a BLDC motor fault, incorrect wiring to the motor, an inverter PBA issue, overloading with too much laundry (3C1), damage to the motor itself, or problems with the motor belt connection.
How to fix it
If the drum won't spin or spins too freely (broken belt), you'll need a technician. If something is jammed in the drum, remove it and try again.
