Why this happens
Causes may include a clogged case filter restricting airflow and leading to abnormal temperature readings, thermistor 1 resistance being out of range due to an open or short circuit, or a wiring harness fault between the thermistor and main PBA.
How to fix it
Clean the lint screen and check that your exhaust vent isn't blocked or kinked. If that doesn't fix it, the temperature sensor likely needs replacing — a technician can handle that.
