How do I fix error code tE1 on a LG dryers?

1. undefined: Enter diagnostic test mode: press POWER while pressing MORE TIME and LESS TIME simultaneously. 2. undefined: If tE1 appears, thermistor is open or shorted. 3. undefined: Turn power off and discharge voltage (contact metal plug of power cord with ground). 4. undefined: Remove NA6 connector from controller. 5. undefined: Short Pin 4 (Blue Wire) and Pin 5 (Orange Wire) together with a metal wire. 6. undefined: If controller now responds correctly, check that NA6 connector and 6-pin connection to controller are properly connected; replace controller if not. 7. undefined: If controller does not respond after shorting, remove harness from thermistor assembly connector and measure resistance. 8. undefined: Compare resistance to Table 1: at 50F/10C expect 18.0kΩ, at 70F/21C expect 11.7kΩ, at 90F/32C expect 7.7kΩ, at 110F/43C expect 5.2kΩ, at 130F/54C expect 2.9kΩ. 9. undefined: If resistance is out of range, replace thermistor assembly. 10. undefined: If resistance is in range, check harness-linking connector for continuity.
