Door open error — drum stopped because door opened during cycle

How to Fix

   1. Close the door to resume cycle.

   2. In diagnostic mode: with door closed, press START/PAUSE — dryer starts tumbling without heat.

   3. Open the door — drum will stop and dE error should display, chime sounds 7 times (if on), and drum light comes on.

   4. If dE error does NOT display or light does not come on → proceed with mechanical test.

   5. Disconnect Tab Relay Black and Blue from main PCB. Measure resistance between NA8-pin8 (GN) and chassis ground screw. Is resistance < 1Ω?

   6. If NO → Check all wiring harness connections, wire and ground screws.

   7. If YES → Disconnect BL2-pin3 (YL) and Black tab relay from main PCB. Measure resistance between BL2-pin3(YL) and Black wire(pin2) on black tab relay connector. Is resistance <1Ω with door closed and ∞Ω with door open?

   8. If YES → Replace the main PCB.

   9. If NO → Refer to the individual door (check door switch and replace as needed).
