Wire connection wrong or loose (Black-White-Red power supply connections)

How to Fix

   1. Verify proper connection of the power cord (electric dryer only). PS means power supply.

   2. Check the power supply or the connection of power cord to the terminal block.

   3. Refer to the Connecting Electric Dryers section for complete instructions.

   4. Check voltage at main PCB between Black wire on blue tab relay connector (X562) and White wire on black tab relay connector (X4) — Is 120VAC present while pressing start?

   5. If YES → Replace main PCB and/or display PCB.

   6. If NO → Check voltage at terminal block between neutral (WH) and L1 (BK). Is voltage 120VAC while pressing START/PAUSE?

   7. If NO → Check power cord; check terminal block connections.

   8. If YES → Check voltage at power cord plug between neutral and L1 (and L2 for electric dryers). Is voltage 120VAC?

   9. If NO → Check power supply fuse or circuit breaker; check receptacle connections.

    10. If YES → Replace the power cord.
