How to Fix
- 1
Press CLEAR key to cancel the current cook operation.
- 2
Check if F-code is logged in EEPROM: press CLEAR, then press BAKE and BROIL simultaneously for 1 second.
- 3
Disconnect power to the range.
- 4
Check the looseness of the oven sensor connector — if loose, reconnect and retest.
- 5
Disconnect the oven sensor and measure resistance at room temperature (77°F/25°C). Normal is approximately 1.06 kΩ at 65°F to 1.12 kΩ at 85°F.
- 6
If resistance is abnormal (open/infinite), replace the oven sensor.
- 7
If oven sensor resistance is normal, reconnect power and enter test mode: press CLEAR, then press BAKE and BROIL simultaneously for 1 second (failure code mode), then press BAKE and BROIL again (S/W version mode), then press COOK TIME to view thermistor live value.
- 8
Check live sensor value in test mode — normal range is 65°F to 95°F at room temperature.
- 9
If sensor value is abnormal in test mode despite sensor measuring good, check Power PCB connector CN04 for looseness or terminal damage.
- 10
If CN04 connection is normal, replace the Power PCB.
- 11
If problem persists after Power PCB replacement, replace the Main PCB.
