Error Code F10
Door lock fail — door lock failure occurred while operating door lock motor during self-clean or lock-out mode
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Loose or disconnected wiring to lock motor or micro switch; Failed micro switch; Failed door locking motor (~2.6 kΩ normal); Failed Main PCB or Power PCB
How to Fix
- 1
Disconnect power
- 2
Check connections of micro switch and door locking motor wiring — reconnect any loose connections
- 3
Test micro switch: normally open type — door unlocked = continuity, door locked = infinite; if abnormal, replace micro switch
- 4
Test door locking motor resistance: normal ~2.6 kΩ; abnormal = infinite (open) or below 5Ω (shorted); if abnormal, replace door locking motor
- 5
If motor and switch are normal, check Main PCB CN1 and Power PCB CN4 looseness — reconnect if needed
- 6
If connections normal, replace Power PCB
