Loose or incorrect harness connection to blower fan; Failed blower fan; Failed Inverter PCB
How to Fix

Check CFE blower fan harness connection — if not properly connected, reconnect or adjust
- 2
If connection is correct, replace the CFE Blower Fan
- 3
Test operation; if still abnormal, replace the Inverter PCB
