Oven hot — oven temperature exceeds 650°F continuously for 2 minutes during cooking (not self-clean)

What This Means

Shorted broil heater relay on Power PCB; Shorted convection heater relay on Power PCB; Shorted DLB relay; Failed oven temperature sensor reading too low

How to Fix

   Unplug the unit

2. 2

   Check thermistor resistance: normal ~1.09 kΩ at 25°C; if abnormal, replace thermistor

3. 3

   If thermistor is normal, check resistance of broil heater relay (tap 09 and 07) and convection heater relay (tap 09 and 08): normal is infinite (open); abnormal is shorted

4. 4

   If relay resistance is abnormal (shorted), replace the Power PCB (Relay PCB)

5. 5

   If relay is normal, check DLB relay resistance: normal is infinite; abnormal is shorted

6. 6

   If DLB relay shorted, replace Power PCB

7. 7

   Plug unit in, verify thermistor value via test mode t03 (normal 70F-90F at room temp)

8. 8

   If thermistor normal in test mode, replace Main PCB
