How to Fix

Unplug the unit.

Check the connecting states between Touch PCB and CN53 of Main PCB.

If connector is loose or disconnected, reconnect or adjust the connection.

Plug the unit back in and test button operation.

If still failing, replace the control panel (with Glass Touch PCB).

After replacement, check button operation using key test mode: press + and - simultaneously for 3 seconds, then +,- for 3 seconds, then Start; select 't3' using + and press START/Oven Light.

Access each button in the correct sequence and verify each produces a single beep with the corresponding number appearing on the VFD display.

If a button does not respond in the test, replace the Main PCB.
