How to Fix
- 1
Unplug the unit.
- 2
Measure thermistor resistance at CN60 pins 4 and 5 of Main PCB — normal is approximately 1.09 kΩ at 75°F (25°C).
- 3
If thermistor is defective, replace the upper oven temperature sensor.
- 4
If thermistor is normal, measure resistance of heater relays on Relay PCB — normal is infinite (open); abnormal is shorted.
- 5
Check convection heater relay (Tab 02 and Tab 21: RY11).
- 6
If any heater relay is shorted, replace the Relay PCB.
- 7
If heater relays are normal, measure DLB relay (Tab 24 and Tab 25: RY13) — normal is infinite; abnormal is shorted.
- 8
If DLB relay is shorted, replace the Relay PCB.
- 9
Enter test mode and verify thermistor value is between 70°F and 90°F at room temperature.
- 10
If all components are normal and error persists, replace the Main PCB.
