Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
Also displayed as: E CF
How to Fix
- 1
Step 1: Reset the unit and enter Test Mode 1. Check if the condenser fan is rotating (visible at base of unit rear).
- 2
Step 2: If fan rotates, proceed to Step 4. If fan does not rotate, go to Step 3.
- 3
Step 3: Rotate condenser fan blade by hand. If sticky/bound, replace condenser fan motor.
- 4
Step 4: Measure motor supply voltage at CON4 24th Pin ~ 23rd Pin. Should be 11.4~12.6V. If absent, replace Main PCB.
- 5
Step 5: Measure feedback voltage at CON4 22nd Pin ~ 23rd Pin. Must NOT be 0V or 5V. If stuck, replace condenser fan motor.
- 6
Step 6: Measure PWM voltage at CON4 21st Pin ~ 23rd Pin. Must NOT be 0V or 5V. If stuck, replace Main PCB.
- 7
Step 7: If all voltages correct and fan spins freely, explain to customer.
