How to Fix

Step 1: Check connector between defrost controller and sensor for disconnection or looseness. Reconnect if needed.

Step 2: Measure resistance at CON8 26th Pin ~ 25th Pin. If 0 ohms (short), replace sensor.

Step 3: If OL (open circuit), replace refrigerator (sensor assembly).

Step 4: Compare measured resistance to temperature table. If out of spec, replace sensor.
- 5
Step 5: If resistance is within normal range, explain normal operation to customer.
