Error Code CO E
Communication Error (Display PCB to Main PCB)
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
Also displayed as: CO E
How to Fix
- 1
Check for loose connection at CON101 on the Display PCB.
- 2
Measure voltage between Red and Blue wires at CON101: should be approximately 12V DC.
- 3
If not 12V: Check hinge wiring for loose connection — if still not 12V, replace Main PCB.
- 4
Measure voltage between Blue and Yellow wires at CON101: if 0V or 5V, replace the Display PCB.
- 5
If voltage is within normal range: Measure voltage between Blue and Purple wires at CON101.
- 6
If 0V or 5V on Blue-to-Purple: Replace the Main PCB.
- 7
If all Display-side voltages normal: Check CON5 on Main PCB — measure voltage between Blue and Yellow wires at CON5.
- 8
If 0V or 5V on CON5 Blue-to-Yellow: Replace the Display PCB.
- 9
Measure voltage between Blue and Purple at CON5 (Drawer Model): if 0V or 5V, replace the Main PCB.
- 10
If all voltages pass: Explain findings to customer — possible intermittent wiring issue at hinge area.
