How to Fix

Step 1: Check connector between Main PCB and craft ice maker for looseness.

Step 2: If disconnected, reconnect or repair the connector.

Step 3: Check craft ice maker motor resistance at CON3 26th~28th pin. Expected: 19.7 ohm. If incorrect, replace the craft ice maker (VM) unit.

Step 4: Push I/M test key and test voltage at CON3 23rd~25th pin. Expected: 0~5V varying. If incorrect, change IM unit or replace Main PCB.

Step 5: Check craft ice heater resistance: Upper HTR (Red) 14.1~16.3 ohm, Lower HTR (White) 14.1~16.3 ohm. Replace if out of range.

Step 6: If all values are correct, explain to customer.

Condenser Fan Motor Error — Connection line of condenser fan motor is fault, short, or open. Fault displayed when operating fan motor for 65 seconds without output signal.
