Condenser Fan Error — BLDC condenser fan feedback signal not received for over 65 seconds during operation
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
Also displayed as: CF E
How to Fix
- 1
Reset the unit and enter Test Mode 1 (press test button 1 time).
- 2
Check whether the condenser fan rotates. If it does not rotate, go to step 3.
- 3
Rotate condenser fan blade by hand. If sticky or stiff, replace the fan motor.
- 4
Check fan motor supply voltage at CON7 pin 4 to pin 6: should be 12V. If absent, replace Main PCB.
- 5
Check fan control signal voltage at CON7 pin 8 to pin 6: should be 0V to 5V. If absent, replace Main PCB.
- 6
Check fan feedback voltage at CON7 pin 24 to pin 6 (or pin 2 to pin 6): should be 0V to 5V. If absent, replace the fan motor.
- 7
If all voltages are correct and fan still fails, explain to customer.
