Also displayed as: It E
How to Fix
- 1
Check icemaker forward status: measure voltage between CON4 Pin2 (1) and Pin10 (2). Should be 0V at rest.
- 2
Check icemaker reverse status: measure voltage between CON4 Pin2 (1) and Pin9 (3). Should be 0V at rest.
- 3
Enter icemaker test mode by pressing the ice maker test button. Observe if ice tray and motor rotate.
- 4
If motor does not rotate: check voltage during forward operation — CON4 Pin2 to Pin10 should be 11–12V.
- 5
Check voltage during reverse operation — CON4 Pin2 to Pin9 should be 11–12V.
- 6
If 11–12V is present but motor does not rotate, replace the icemaker kit.
- 7
If voltage is absent (0V) during test mode, replace the Main PCB.
