What This Means
Short circuit in freezer sensor; Open/disconnection of freezer sensor; Loose connector between Main PCB and sensor
How to Fix
- 1
Check if connector between Main PCB and sensor is disconnected or loose. If yes, reconnect or repair the connector.

Check the sensor resistance. If resistance is 0 ohms (sensor shorted), change the sensor.
- 3
Check the sensor resistance. If resistance is open/infinity (sensor open), replace the refrigerator sensor.

Check the sensor resistance. If resistance is normal, proceed to next step.
- 5
Cross-reference measured resistance against the temperature/resistance table (CON7, 47th pin to 20th pin). If all checks pass, explain normal operation to customer.
