How to Fix

  1. 1

    Step 1: Enter test mode by pressing the test switch on the ice maker for more than 0.5 second.

  2. 2

    Step 2: Observe ice maker motor operation. If motor does not run, check motor harness connections.

  3. 3

    Step 3: Check Hall IC signal output — verify high and low signals change as mould rotates.

  4. 4

    Step 4: If no Hall IC signal change within 1 minute of motor operation, the motor or Hall IC is defective — replace ice maker assembly.

  5. 5

    Step 5: If motor runs but error persists, check wiring between ice maker and Main PCB.
