What This Means

Short circuit or disconnection of pantry sensor

How to Fix

1. 1

   Step 1: Check for loose connection between Main PCB and pantry sensor.

2. 2

   Step 2: Measure sensor resistance — if 0 ohm (short), replace sensor; if infinity (open), replace sensor.

3. 3

   Step 3: If resistance matches the reference temperature-resistance table, explain normal operation to customer.

4. 4

   Step 4: If connection and resistance are both normal, replace the refrigerator main PCB.
