1. undefined: Reset the unit and enter Test Mode 1. 2. undefined: Open the freezer door and check air flow. If airflow is present, go to step 4. 3. undefined: If no airflow, rotate the fan by hand. If blade is sticky, replace the freezer fan motor. 4. undefined: Measure fan power supply voltage at CON3 pins 16~13. Expected 11.4~12.6V. 5. undefined: If supply voltage is not 11.4~12.6V, replace the Main PCB. 6. undefined: If supply voltage is correct, measure fan feedback voltage at CON3 pins 14~13. If 0V or 5V (fixed), replace the motor. 7. undefined: Measure fan PWM voltage at CON3 pins 15~13. If 0V or 5V (fixed), replace the Main PCB. 8. undefined: If all voltages and fan rotation are normal, explain to customer.
