What This Means
Connector to door switch or main PWB is disconnected; Latch hook spring not actuating properly; Door switch assembly broken or defective; PCB assembly defective
How to Fix

Confirm dE ERROR is displayed.

Check if connector to door switch or main PWB is disconnected. If YES → reconnect or repair the connector.

If connector is OK → check if spring of Latch Hook actuates. If NO → replace Door Assembly.

If latch actuates → listen for clicking sound once or twice when START/PAUSE is pressed to start a cycle. If NO click → replace the PCB ASSEMBLY.

If click is heard → check if DOOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY is broken. If YES → replace DOOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY.

Environmental notes: machine must operate with all doors completely closed and locked; washing area must not exceed 45°C.

Drain Error — machine has not fully drained within 10 minutes.
Overflow Error — water level frequency exceeds 21.3 kHz, indicating too much water in tub. Drain pump activates automatically when FE is displayed.
Locked Motor Error — motor stator or rotor fault, or motor harness disconnection.
Suds Error — washing machine detected excessive suds during operation.
