Address soon - your appliance may not work properly

What This Means

Motor drive connector (RD4) disconnected from main PWB assembly; Motor harness connector (3-pin, male, white) not connected to stator assembly connector (3-pin, female, white); Bad or unstable electrical contact at 4-pin connector between motor harness and main PWB; Motor harness between stator and main PWB cut (open circuit); Rotor magnet cracked; Stator winding resistance out of range (should be 5-15 Ohm U-V, V-W, W-U)

How to Fix

  1. 1

Check if LE ERROR is displayed

  2. 2

Check connector RD4 (motor drive connector) on main PWB; if disconnected, reconnect

  3. 3

Check part of wire and part of motor connectors; reconnect if loose

  4. 4

Remove RD4 connector; check resistance of stator windings at terminal (Red 3P, male): U-V, V-W, W-U should each be 5-15 Ohm

  5. 5

If out of range, replace STATOR

  6. 6

Visually inspect rotor magnet for cracks; if cracked, replace ROTOR

  7. 7

If stator resistance is in range and rotor is intact, check IPM (Intelligent Power Module) on main PWB

  8. 8

If IPM faulty, replace MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY
