Unbalance Error

What This Means

Load is too small; Appliance is tilted or not level; Laundry is gathered to one side of drum; Non-distributable items placed in drum (e.g., single heavy blanket); Eccentricity exceeded allowed threshold after repeated disentangling attempts

How to Fix

   Check if UE is displayed

2. 2

   Check if laundry leans toward one side; if yes, redistribute laundry evenly in drum

3. 3

   Check if washing machine is installed at an angle; if yes, adjust height of leveling feet to keep machine horizontal

   Turn leveling feet clockwise to raise, counterclockwise to lower; tighten all lock nuts after leveling

5. 5

   Installation check: remove all 4 transit bolts; confirm machine can handle two different types of blanket materials

6. 6

   Place unbalance test part (rubber) or 4.5-6.5 lbs (2-3 kg) of clothing in drum, start QC test mode at high spin and verify stability

7. 7

   If not stable, adjust feet accordingly, then tighten all lock nuts
