Door Open Error (variant 1)

What This Means

Door not fully closed; Loose or broken electrical connections at door switch and PWB assembly; Latch hook spring not adjusted properly; Door switch assembly faulty; PCB assembly defective

How to Fix

   Confirm dE1 or dE2 is displayed

2. 2

   Check connectors at door switch and main board — if loose or broken, reconnect or repair

3. 3

   Check if latch hook spring is adjusted properly — if not, replace Door Assembly

4. 4

   Press START/PAUSE to start cycle — listen for clicking sound once or twice indicating door lock engagement

5. 5

   If no clicking: replace PCB ASSEMBLY

6. 6

   If clicking present: check if DOOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY is broken — if yes, replace DOOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY

7. 7

   Installation checklist: machine must operate with door completely closed and locked; water temperature must not exceed 45 deg C
