Error Code IE
Water Inlet Error
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Correct water level (24.6 kHz) not reached within 8 minutes after water is supplied; Water level does not reach preset level within 20 minutes; Air chamber or tube clogged; Filter inlet valve clogged with foreign material; Inlet valve connectors broken or loose; Inlet valve resistance out of range (spec: 0.8-1.2 kOhm); Connector at MAIN PWB disconnected (NA2, NA4, BL3); Main harness open circuit; Pressure switch faulty
How to Fix
- 1
Confirm IE is displayed on screen
- 2
Press WASH/RINSE and DELAY WASH simultaneously to check water level frequency
- 3
If water level frequency is below 24.6 kHz: check AIR CHAMBER and tube for clogging
- 4
If water level frequency is OK: check if filter inlet valve is clogged — clean or replace filter
- 5
Check if inlet valve connectors are broken or loose — reconnect or repair connector
- 6
Measure resistance between each terminal of INLET VALVE ASSEMBLY (spec: 0.8-1.2 kOhm) — if out of range, replace INLET VALVE ASSEMBLY
- 7
Check voltage at inlet valve connector — should be 120 VDC when energized — if present, replace INLET VALVE ASSEMBLY
- 8
Verify connector to MAIN PWB (NA2, NA4, BL3) is connected — reconnect or repair if not
- 9
Check electrical connection via wiring diagram — if incorrect, replace MAIN HARNESS
- 10
After checking connector, re-check water level frequency — if still below 24.6 kHz, check PRESSURE SWITCH
- 11
If all above pass, replace MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY
- 12
Installation safety checklist: verify no water tap leakage, no freezing, no hose entanglement or shortage, no hose shrinkage
