Drain Error

What This Means

Not fully drained within 10 minutes; Pump motor connector broken or loose; Air chamber or pressure tube clogged; Drain hose kinked, bent, or clogged; Drain pump coil resistance out of range (spec: 10-20 Ohm); Voltage between connectors NA2 pin1 and BL3 pin1 out of range; Foreign material inside drain pump; Drain hose positioned too low or frozen

How to Fix

   Confirm OE is displayed

   Check pump motor connector — if broken or loose, reconnect or repair

3. 3

   Press WASH/RINSE and DELAY WASH simultaneously — check if water level frequency is below 25.0 kHz — if yes, check AIR CHAMBER, tube, and press switch for clogging

4. 4

   Measure drain pump coil resistance (pin 1 to 2, spec: 10-20 Ohm) — if out of range, replace DRAIN PUMP ASSEMBLY

   Check voltage between NA2 pin1 and BL3 pin1 (pump running: 120 VDC +/-5%, stopped: 0-1V) — if out of range, replace MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY

   Enter test mode: hold SPIN SPEED + SOIL LEVEL, press POWER; press Start/Pause 1-4 times to cycle pump speeds and verify pump operation

7. 7

   Verify drain hose is not positioned too low, kinked, bent, or frozen

8. 8

   Verify no improper substance inside pump
