What This Means
Not fully drained within 10 minutes; Pump motor connector broken or loose; Air chamber, tube, or pressure switch clogged; Drain pump coil resistance out of range (should be 10-20 Ohm); Voltage between connectors (NA2 pin1 to BL3 pin1) out of range

Confirm OE is displayed

Check if pump motor connector is broken or loose. Reconnect or repair if so

Press WASH/RINSE and DELAY WASH simultaneously; check if water level frequency is below 25.0 kHz. If yes, check AIR CHAMBER, tube, and pressure switch for clogs

Check coil resistance of drain pump (should be 10-20 Ohm). Replace DRAIN PUMP ASSEMBLY if out of range

Check voltage between connectors NA2 pin1 and BL3 pin1. Running pump: 120 VDC ±5%; stopped motor/pump: 0-1V

To test via Load Test Mode: hold SPIN SPEED and SOIL LEVEL, press POWER. Use Start/Pause: 1 press=slow speed, 2 presses=mid-speed, 3 presses=high-speed, 4 presses=stop

If voltage is out of range, replace MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY

Installation checklist: ensure drain hose is not in lower position, not bent or clogged, not frozen, and pump has no foreign material inside
