What This Means
Load is too small; Appliance is tilted; Laundry gathered to one side of drum; Non-distributable items placed in drum
How to Fix

Confirm UE is displayed

Check if laundry leans to one side. If so, redistribute laundry evenly in drum

Check if washing machine is installed at an angle. If yes, adjust leveling feet to keep machine horizontal

Verify all 4 transit bolts have been removed

Verify floor is solidly constructed; move washer or reinforce floor if needed
- 6
Level the washer using a spirit level. Tighten lock nuts against base after leveling
- 7
If problem persists, put unbalance test weight (rubber) in drum or 4.5-6.5 lbs (2-3 kg) of clothing; run QC test mode (high spin) and verify stability
