Locked Motor Error — motor cannot rotate or hall sensor failure

What This Means
Motor hall sensor connector or motor drive connector (GY3 or BL3) disconnected; Rotor magnet cracked or damaged; Stator winding resistance out of range (should be 5–15 Ω each phase: U-V, V-W, W-V); Faulty PCBA (IPM module)
How to Fix

Is LE displayed? Yes — check connectors GY3 (motor drive) and BL3 at main PCB: disconnected — reconnect connector/wire/motor

No — is rotor magnet cracked? Yes — replace the rotor
- 3
No — pull GY3 connector; measure stator resistance at connector terminals (U=1, V=2, W=3): U-V, V-W, W-V should each be 5–15 Ω
- 4
If resistance is out of range, replace the stator
- 5
If resistance is in range, replace the main PCB assembly
