What This Means

Drain pump connector disconnected or pump disassembled; Pump connector or connection connector faulty on PCBA; Drain hose kinked, clogged, frozen, or positioned too low; Pump coil resistance out of range (should be 1.5–4 Ω); Air chamber or pressure tube clogged (water level frequency below 26.0 kHz in service mode); Faulty PCBA

How to Fix

    Is OE displayed? Yes — proceed

  2. 2

    Check if pump motor connector is disconnected: Yes — reconnect or repair the connector

  3. 3

    No — enter SVC mode; is water level frequency below 26.0 kHz? Yes — check air chamber, pressure tube for clogs; clear obstruction

  4. 4

    No — check drain pump coil resistance (1.5–4 Ω on pins 1-2, 2-3, 3-1): if out of range, replace drain pump assembly

  5. 5

    If resistance is OK but OE persists, replace main PCB assembly

  6. 6

    Environmental checks: drain hose must not sit lower than washer; must not be bent, clogged, or frozen; must not insert more than 12 in (30 cm) into standpipe; end must be 39 in (99 cm) above floor
