What This Means
Water level sensor indicating overflow (frequency over 21.0 kHz in service mode); Pressure switch tube cut or pinched; Pressure switch harness not secure; Inlet valve continuing to fill when unit is powered off (stuck open)
How to Fix
- 1
Enter service mode and check water level frequency; if not over 21.0 kHz proceed to next step
- 2
Inspect pressure switch tube for cuts or pinches; if found replace tube
- 3
Check pressure switch harness is secure at both ends; if not, fasten connectors
- 4
If harness is secure but switch is faulty, replace pressure switch

Power off the unit and check whether the inlet valve continues to allow water flow; if yes, replace the inlet valve assembly

- 7
If segment is displayed under 10 (low water level indication), replace the PCBA; otherwise replace the inlet valve
