What This Means
Pump connector disconnected or disassembled; Faulty connection from PCB to pump; Pump coil resistance out of range (should be 1.5–4 Ω, pins 1-2, 2-3, 3-1); Drain hose kinked, blocked, or positioned too low; Air chamber or pressure switch tube clogged; Water level frequency below 26.0 kHz in service mode
How to Fix

Confirm pump motor connector (GY3-pump) is fully seated; reconnect if disconnected

Enter service mode and check water level frequency; if below 26.0 kHz check air chamber and pressure switch tube for clogs

Measure pump coil resistance at pins (1)-(2), (2)-(3), (3)-(1); acceptable range is 1.5–4 Ω; if out of range replace drain pump assembly

Verify drain hose is elevated at least 39 inches from floor and is not kinked, bent, or frozen

If pump coil is within spec and connections are good, replace main PCB assembly
