Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
1. Check whether the water faucet is open — open it if closed
- 2
2. Check whether the water supply has been cut off — wait for supply to resume, then restart
- 3
3. Check for foreign material in the water supply line and water valve filter — clean filter with a brush
- 4
4. Check and reconnect the water valve connector
- 5
5. Measure water valve coil resistance (disconnect connector first) — normal: approximately 990 ohms plus/minus 10% (890-1089 ohms)
- 6
6. Check whether water supply stops after water is supplied for 20 seconds — if so, replace water valve and Assy guide water-sub
- 7
7. Check whether water supply continues for 60 minutes without reaching target — check water supply pressure (must be greater than 0.5 bar / 7.25 psi)
- 8
8. Check water valve relay on Main PBA — measure voltage between Blue wire (pin 6) of CN401 and White wire of CN101 — normal: 110-120V while operating
- 9
9. Check the Power Relay — see Power Relay check procedure
