What This Means
Touch button physically stuck or defective; An object is resting on the touch button; Condensation on control panel connectors
What actually causes this:
Moisture from steam got into the control panel, making it think a button is being held down
First Thing to Check
Try pressing each button firmly once to unstick it — also wipe down the control panel to remove any moisture

How to Fix

1. Check whether there is condensation on the PBA — check CN103 of Display Control Module connector and CON100 Touch Module connector

2. If condensation found, remove all moisture and dry thoroughly

3. Check that no objects are resting on the control panel buttons
- 4
4. If no condensation or obstruction, replace the Control Panel Assembly (Display Control Module, Touch Module, Sub Wire)
