What This Means
Door not fully closed or latched; Door lock switch defective; Door opened during mid-cycle
What actually causes this:
The door was not pushed closed firmly enough, or something is blocking it from latching
First Thing to Check
Push the door firmly until you hear it click shut — check that no dish handles or utensils are sticking out

1. Check that the door is fully closed and latched

2. Check door sensing switch — measure voltage on white wire: normal: 10.5 to 13V when door is open, less than 1V when door is closed

3. Check door sensing switch continuity (disconnect first) — blue wire to switch: Short when door is open, Open when door is closed

4. Check Power Relay — door switch uses 12V line for Power and Heater relays

5. If switch tests normal, replace Main PBA
