What This Means

What actually causes this:
The heating element burned out or a wire connection to it came loose
First Thing to Check
Check if your dishes feel cold after a cycle — if so, the heater has likely failed

How to Fix

1. Check the connections of the Heater connectors — reconnect

2. Check the resistance between both ends of the Heater directly, or check resistance between the red wire of the Heater Relay and the black and yellow wires of the Power Relay — Normal: approx. 12.14-14.16 ohms. Check after disconnecting circuit breaker or power cable

3. Check the connections of the Heater Relay in Main PBA — check voltage between Red wire of Heater Relay on the base and Red wire of CN101 connector. Normal: 110-120V while operating

4. If heater tests normal, replace Main PBA
