What This Means
Button physically stuck; Condensation on Main PBA connector CN102; Sub PBA in control panel defective; Main PBA defect
What actually causes this:
Moisture from steam got into the control panel, making it think a button is being held down
First Thing to Check
Try pressing each button firmly once to unstick it — also wipe down the control panel to remove any moisture

1. Check whether there is condensation on the Main PBA connector CN102 — normal means no condensation

2. If condensation found, remove all moisture and dry thoroughly

3. If no condensation, replace the control panel assembly (Sub PBA)
