The heating element is failing or a wire connection came loose

Check if your dishes feel cold after a cycle — if so, the heater has failed

How to Fix

    1. Check and reconnect the heater connectors

  2. 2

    2. Measure heater resistance between both ends — normal: approximately 13.5 Ohm

  3. 3

    3. Check the heater relay on the Main PBA

  4. 4

    4. Check voltage at heater relay — normal: 120V while operating

  5. 5

    5. If heater tests normal, replace Main PBA
