What This Means
Touch button is out of order; An object is on the touch button; Main PBA or sub PBA is out of order
What actually causes this:
Something is resting on the control panel, or moisture from steam got into the controls making it think a button is being pressed
First Thing to Check
Make sure nothing is leaning against or sitting on the control panel — wipe it down with a dry cloth

1. Check if any object is resting on the control panel buttons

2. Clean the control panel surface to remove any moisture or residue
- 3
3. Check for condensation on the Main PBA connector
- 4
4. If no obstruction found, check Sub PBA connections
- 5
5. Replace Sub PBA if buttons are physically stuck or defective
- 6
6. Replace Main PBA if Sub PBA tests normal
