What This Means
Water supply pressure is too low; Water supply valve is closed; Non-water switch is broken; Wash pump doesn't work; Main PBA has some problems
What actually causes this:
The water supply valve under the sink is turned off, or water pressure in your home is too low
First Thing to Check
Make sure the water supply valve under your kitchen sink is fully open

How to Fix

1. Check that the water supply valve is open

2. Check water supply pressure is between 20-120 psi
- 3
3. Enter SVC Test mode and run Auto Mode STEP 01 to check water inlet valve operation (valve runs for 54 seconds)

4. Check turbidity sensor detection — if OK, all Delay LED indicators (3h, 6h, 9h) will be on

5. Check connections for the water inlet valve connector
- 6
6. If valve and pressure are normal, replace Main PBA
