What This Means
Touch button physically stuck or damaged; An object is resting on the touch button; Condensation on the control panel or Main PBA connectors; Sub PBA or touch button PBA defective
What actually causes this:
Moisture from steam got into the control panel, or something is resting on a button
First Thing to Check
Check if anything is pressing against the control panel — wipe down the panel to remove any moisture

How to Fix

1. Check whether there is an object resting on the touch buttons

2. Check whether there is condensation on the Main PBA connector — remove all moisture
- 3
3. If no condensation, run the LED and Input Key test to verify button operation
- 4
4. If button tests fail, replace the control panel assembly (Sub PBA)
