What This Means
Motor winding open or shorted; Motor locked or seized; Defective motor relay on main PCB; Broken or loose motor wiring
What actually causes this:
The drum belt may have broken or come off, something is jamming the drum, or the motor itself has failed.
First Thing to Check
Open the door and try to spin the drum by hand — it should rotate freely with slight resistance.
