During the Smart Install vent test, the dryer found the exhaust vent is too restricted for safe operation.
First Thing to Check
Check the exhaust vent hose behind the dryer — make sure it's not kinked, crushed, or full of lint.

3. If the problem continues with an empty drum, clean the moisture sensor bars
