2. Inspect wire terminals in the door sense circuit for loose or open connections

3. Test door switch: Door open (knob open) -- COM-NC (pins 1-3) should be < 1Ohm, COM-NO (pins 1-2) should be infinity

4. Test door switch: Door closed (knob pushed) -- COM-NC (pins 1-3) should be infinity, COM-NO (pins 1-2) should be < 1Ohm

5. If switch readings are incorrect, replace door switch
