What actually causes this:
Door lock motor not responding to commands, micro switch failure, or loose connections preventing proper door locking

Verify all harnesses connected to door lock motor and switch are properly seated

Measure door lock motor resistance at room temperature

Check if resistance is between 1600-2200 Ohms

Test door locking switch operation

Measure lock motor coil resistance (1750-1850 Ohms normal)
