What actually causes this:
Moisture intrusion into probe, damaged probe connector, or faulty thermistor element
First Thing to Check
Disconnect power and measure meat probe resistance

Disconnect power and disconnect Probe harness from control board

Measure probe resistance (should be 50kΩ at room temperature)

Check wire harness and connector terminals for damage
- 4
Check resistance of meat probe connector on Main PCB (should be 10kΩ to 11kΩ)
